Class Descriptions

Vinyasa Mix

Expect to start with a warm-up and sun salutations that open the body and prepare you for a sequence of fluid, breath-synchronized movements. We’ll explore creative sequences that incorporate elements from Power Yoga, Hatha, and perhaps a touch of Yin for deep stretches. This mix ensures that you'll challenge yourself in new ways, tune into your body's rhythm, and bring focus to the mind. There will be plenty of opportunities to modify and adjust based on your individual needs and experience level. 60 minutes.

Slow Flow

In this class, we'll move through a series of poses with an emphasis on breath awareness and intentional, fluid transitions. The slower pace allows for a deeper exploration of each posture, emphasizing proper alignment and allowing a greater connection to your body’s sensations. Expect to frequently hold poses for a number of breaths, allowing for a deeper stretch and a more profound sense of inner calm. Those with experience even in advanced levels of yoga may be challenged by the longer holds, and those who are just beginning a yoga practice will find comfort in the slower pace and variety of modifications offered. This class is ideal for practitioners of all levels who seek to enhance their flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. 60 minutes. 

Warm 75

Set in a room heated to approximately 80 degrees, this class is designed to enhance your flexibility, tone the body, and cultivate presence of mind. We begin with a gentle warm-up to acclimate your body to the heat, followed by a fluid sequence of dynamic postures that build strength, increase range of motion, and encourage mindful breathing. The heat will help you stretch further and release tension more effectively, while also encouraging a deeper connection between mind and body. Ideal for those who thrive in a warm environment, this class is suitable for all levels. Knowledge of foundational poses is helpful but not required. Hydrate well before, during, and after. 75 minutes.

Acu-Medi

Acu-Medi is a collaborative offering in which Dr. Samantha Gump (122 Chiropractic) provides a qi-balancing acupuncture treatment and soothing aromatherapy as Ash guides participants through light breathwork & a meditation, and underscores with a restorative live sound experience. We craft these sessions to rejuvenate the nervous system, attune inner awareness, and restore overall balance.

Hike+Yoga

These outdoor excursions are meant to provide an immersive nature experience and encourage group connection. Ash guides participants along a local scenic trail, sharing trail knowledge and inviting mindful awareness of the wild space. Thoughtful prompts are offered during the peaceful walk as you take in the scenery and experience nature. Ash also leads a sweet yoga practice (BYO mat for this one) at a point along the hike. There is plenty of time for rest, water, and snacks before making the trek back to the trailhead.
